As Office Manager, Laetitia is in charge of the firm's operational organization, internal and external communication, analysis and improvement of organizational processes.

 

After a License in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Douala, Laetitia obtained a Master II in Communication Management at the Superior School of Economic and Commercial Sciences (ESSEC).

 

Before joining D. HAPPI, Laetitia worked for one of the most important institutions in the country and a prestigious communication agency, where she acquired significant experience in marketing strategies, communication management and advertising.

 

She is fluent in French and English.
